Shipping policy

Please allow 2-4 business days for ready to ship inventory purchases to be packaged for shipping.  This does not include weekends or federal holidays.  Custom orders will take longer for processing and time is based on a case by case basis.

Once your order is being processed and shipping label created, you will be emailed with tracking information.  Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping/tracking information to update once label is created.  We have no control over the updates of the shipping and tracking information so we can only provide you the tracking number for your shipment.  We have no control over the package once it leaves our possession.  Any delays or issues with delivery are to be settled with the shipping company; Inspired Rose Creations encourages customers to purchase route shipping insurance which makes filing claims if needed much faster and easier for the purchaser.

Any orders that select "Local Pickup" will be required to pick up there order at Market 25 located at 25 E Charles St. Oelwein, IA 50662 during Regular business hours.  Orders will be ready for pickup at Market 25 the week following your purchase date.  Items that are not picked up from Market 25 within 30 Days of being notified that your pickup order is ready will be forfeited without refund.  Normal business hours are Thursday, 12 - 7, Friday 1 - 7 and Saturday 9 - 3.  Through the holiday we have hours on Sunday from 12 - 3.
